i had a fantastic stay at the one&only, where everything exceeded my expectations. the check-in process was smooth, and the welcome was warm and friendly. my suite was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free options. the infinity pool was a highlight, providing stunning views, especially at sunset. the attentive staff made sure every need was met, and my kids enjoyed the kids club with engaging activities.
Nothing at all! 😊.

The location of the hotel is pretty awesome, right in the heart of the city! The rooms are nice and clean, plus the views are fine. I really enjoyed the lush Garden pool area, which was way more relaxing than the rooftop one.
The staff were a total letdown. Check-in took ages due to their confusion over my early arrival, and the service was super slow everywhere. It really messed up my plans for a stress-free stay. it was frustrating and definitely not worth the hype!

This hotel offers many fantastic aspects. The staff are genuinely great. We celebrated a special occasion and received a lovely surprise cake in our room with a thoughtful message. Our room was a Grand Zaabeel Room King, and it was spacious, modern, with fine views from the 43rd floor. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide range of delicious options and lovely scenery overlooking the city. We enjoyed the relaxing Garden pool, beautifully designed and provided a much-needed escape. The lack of a direct link to our rooms caused minor delays, which can be improved. During our visit, we had some trouble with the Chromecast not connecting, so that could use some attention. A few staff seemed overwhelmed, particularly in the pastry café, leading to longer wait times for our order. Despite these issues, our stay was ultimately good, and I appreciated the kid-friendly amenities and activities that kept our child entertained. The spa experience also stood out as a highlight.

Very nice views and warm vibes!
I was blown away by the views from my room-huge floor-to-ceiling windows that looked right over the city! Reception was super cute, and I was treated to complimentary snacks when I checked in. Just wish the service at the pool was quicker. Took ages to get someone for a drink. Still, the experience was lovely!

I had a fantastic stay here, especially when they surprised us with a complimentary cake for our special occasion and upgraded us to a spacious suite with breathtaking views. The infinity pool and spa really made my time relaxing and enjoyable. The only hiccup was the wifi being a bit slow at times, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 🎉
